Recertification Questionnaire

We have streamlined our annual recertification process by moving our preliminary paperwork intake online. Tenants can now securely verify household demographics, student status, and upload required income or asset documentation directly through our website before meeting with management.

If you choose to submit your information using an alternative method instead of the website, you must include your completed annual recertification questionnaire along with your paperwork. You can submit them via:

  • Fax: Send your documents to 929-388-1034.

  • Email: Attach your paperwork and send it to recertifications@krislenmanagement.com.

  • In-Person Drop-off: Schedule a drop-off appointment at our office by texting 323-546-0327.

This advance digital and remote review eliminates missing paperwork delays, accelerates processing times, and ensures your mandatory in-person office visit is focused strictly on signing your final, completed paperwork.

COMPREHENSIVE HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE

The tenant hereby explicitly agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Property Owner, Management Company, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and compliance consultants (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of, related to, or resulting from any false statements, misrepresentations, or omissions made within this online intake questionnaire and document upload portal.

This indemnification obligation applies to, but is not limited to, administrative delays, and losses or penalties incurred regarding Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance under IRS Section 42, recapture of tax credits, or temporary lapses in affordable housing subsidies caused by the submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or altered documentation.
